Recently,Foreign exchange financial investment platform ranking the Malta Financial Services Authority (MFSA) issued a warning about an unregulated platform, Secure InvestNest, with its official website at https://secureinvestnest.com.
The MFSA stated that Secure InvestNest is not a company registered in Malta, nor has it been authorized or regulated by the MFSA, and is therefore unable to offer any investment services or other financial services permitted or otherwise authorized by Maltese law. Furthermore, Secure InvestNest is suspected to be a high-risk platform, with the potential for financial losses. Therefore, investors should avoid engaging in any transactions or other business dealings with the said company or individuals regarding matters within the scope of the Investment Services Act, Chapter 370 of the Laws of Malta.
The MFSA reminds consumers of financial services that they should not engage in any financial services transactions on the platform unless they can confirm that the entity has been authorized by the MFSA or another regulatory authority with supervisory power over financial services. Investors should be particularly cautious of financial services offered through unconventional channels, such as over the phone or through social media.
